Comfortable apartments in a three-storey villa in the town of Petrovac. Villa is located 50 meters from the sea (town beach). This cozy town is optimal for family sea holiday. Villa «Franičević» is located close to walkup with number of restaurants and cafes. At the same time private cozy courtyard allows the guests to escape from the city bustle. 6 apartments for 4 persons each (living room and bedroom) are offered for rent. There are apartments on each floor of the villa. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living-room, combined with kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. In the living-room: double bed, single sofa-bed, air-conditioning, TV, iron, safe, kitchen (electric stove, sink, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes), exit to the terrace. In the bedroom: double bed. In the bathroom: toilet, shower, hair-dryer. The terrace faces the courtyard and the next villa. There is a constant supply of running water. Apartments are serviced every day. Towels are changed every 3 days. Linen is changed every 5-7 days. Laundry services are available at extra cost. If necessary, guests can be supplied with an iron, washing machine and child’s bed.

Petrovac, fortress «Castello» district. Distance from the sea is 30 meters. To the central supermarket – 150 meters. To the nearest shop – 20 meters, to the nearest restaurant – 30 meters.
